The following information was provided to me from the seller in Indonesia - 2006. "The Ngesti Budoyo Dance Company (from Keron wich is a small village outside of the city of Megelang - an hour and a half  drive from Yogyyakarta). The dancers were accompannied by small gamela orchestra. The dance is performed to clense a new business, weddings, circumcisions, etc."
